The third phase of DDA has started from 28th February. A total of 257 apartments are to be auctioned in the third phase. Neelani comprises of 3BHK flat, 2BHK MIG flat and two luxury duplex, penthouse Earlier the phase was started from January 5 in which a total of 274 apartments were booked. And he will get a chance to book his flat on first come first serve basis. If you select a flat online, you will be given 30 minutes to deposit the amount online. DDA Housing Scheme 2024 Documents
- Flats are being provided at affordable rates under this scheme by the Delhi Development Authority.
- To apply for this scheme, you will need a self-attested copy of PAN card. Identity card of the applicant, the identity card can include passport, any identity card issued by the government, driving license, ration card or Aadhar card.
- A Domicile certificate will have to be submitted, in which you will need a self-attested copy of any one of the electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill etc.
- There will be caste certificate, a handicapped certificate and a bank copy and along with it there will be an affidavit.
- If you come from EWS category, then keep all the documents like income certificate etc. ready before applying for the scheme.
